Please note a written confirmation must accompany all orders with the following information clearly stated:

 
  1. Customers information, Company name, physical address, telephone/fax number, contact person, delivery address; and in 3rd party deliveries a delivery note of your company must accompany the delivery. Delivery fees may differ from time to time due to volatility of government surcharges. Delivery charges are for clients own account.
  2. Prices are discussed and our product code must be mentioned on each quote to prevent misunderstanding. All orders are quoted items and your quote must be signed and must accompany all details as per above.
  3. Physical delivery address (Place name, street address and contact person Telephone/Cell number) on delivery notes.
  4. Customers are requested to confirm with us of any changes in physical address or any other relevant delivery details immediately
  5. No cancellation of order will be accepted after 24 hours; materials are ordered and cannot be credited.
  6. Cancelled orders will be charged at the cost of materials on the floor at factory.

  9. All products carry a 3 year guarantee on workmanship. We do NOT guarantee in transit damage or abuse.

All prices are negotiable on bulk orders and WE WILL BEAT any written quote proven.

 

Delivery depends on size of order to be manufactured. Anywhere between 3 to 6 weeks.

 
  1. Delivery dates for goods are estimated and WE AS MANUFACTURER shall not be held liable for any delay whatsoever caused, by suppliers, production falling behind due to schedule, Load shedding, Act of God, Stolen Cables, or size of orders on 1st come 1st serve basis.
  2. All goods will remain the property of RUSTIC CONCEPTS until full payment is received. Goods or Products will not released from the factory or be delivered until full payment is received.
  3. Goods or Products on receiving full payment might only be delivered within a 7 to 14 day period, as for we cannot guarantee transporter delays.
  4. WE AS THE MANUFACTURER do not do deliveries or otherwise stated. Transporters can be arranged and separate quotes are to be given for transport by independent transporters. This is for clients own account and arrangement. Once the product left the factory it is no longer the responsibility of THE MANUFACTURER
  5. Transport will only be done by RUSTIC CONCEPTS on special arrangements and larger orders, but client will still be charged the cost that RUSTIC CONCEPTS have incurred, fuel surcharge and toll gate apply.
  6. Goods short delivered or damaged on receipt and not stated on signed delivery note will not be replaced.
  7. Goods delivered according to order and returned will be subject to a handling and transport fee of 20%
  8. This price is valid / firm for only 30 days and quoted accordingly. All orders are quoted and subject to this timeline.
  9. RUSTIC CONCEPTS will not be held responsible for damage or loss of products caused by transporters.
  10. Deliveries to ground floor only
  11. Delivery made to 3rd party will be charged at 25% of the value of the invoice with a minimum fee of R3000.00 in Gauteng. Outside Gauteng deliveries will be charged accordingly to transporters fee.
  12. Lead time is subjective to how busy the factory is and the quantity of the orders being placed and clause “A”, will also form part of Clause “L”
  13. Quality of product is inspected in the factory but defaults might occur on bulk manufacturing. However we strive to not dispatch goods without being checked and re-checked before dispatch or loaded.

Payment Terms:

 
  1. Payments are strictly 50% upfront before production commence and balance 4 days prior to completion of product; or
  2. Payments are strictly 50% upfront before production commence, 25% on 70% completion and 25% 4 days prior to completion of product;
  3. NO ACCOUNTS OR 30 DAYS (Funding of such can be arranged)
